This year's Mustang Games will be held during PE starting in mid-April. We need volunteers to run the event. Below is the Mustang Games 2023 volunteer sign-up link.

Mustangs Games is an exciting series of track and field events for the whole school during PE. Students will be competing individually for medals as well as potentially representing their classroom for the 4 x 100m relay (Grades 1-6). The classes that win the relay this year will receive the trophy from last year's winners as well as get a pizza and popsicle party. So, start training! This exciting event is spread across three weeks and we can only provide this event for our students with the help of our amazing volunteers so please sign up (above) to help out!Schedule for Primary Grades, AM PK, and AM Kinder:
  • April 18 - Soccer ball kick, optional basketball for grades 1-3, and AM PK/Kinder corn hole.
  • April 25 - Bean bag toss and 100m sprint (Grades 1-3)/ 50m sprint (AM PK and AM Kinder).
  • May 2 - AM Kinder Shuttle Run, 4 x 100m relay run for grades 1-3, and medal ceremony.
Schedule for Upper Grades, PM PK, and PM Kinder:

The Mustang games are hosted by Woodbury PTA and their sole sponsor, British Swim School. At British Swim School, they use gentle teaching methods and a survival-first approach to help children of all experience levels become safer and stronger swimmers. They teach survival skills before stroke techniques, so every swimmer is prepared to survive an accidental fall into the water.
